Return & Refund Policy

1. Return Conditions

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. You may request a return or exchange under the following conditions:

  • Damaged Product: If the product is received in a damaged or broken condition.

  • Incorrect Item: If the product delivered does not match the order placed (wrong size, color, or variant).

  • Quality Issues: If the product is found to be defective or not as described on the website.

  • Sealed State: For food items (spices/herbs), returns are only accepted if the original seal is unbroken and the packaging is intact.

2. Reporting Period

  • Issues must be reported within 24 to 48 hours of delivery.

  • To initiate a return, please contact our support team at +880 1339 523 437 or email support@chhalonbahar.com with your Order ID and photos of the issue.


3. Refund Policy

If a return is approved, or if an order is canceled before shipping, the refund will be processed as follows:

  • Refund Method: The refund will be sent via the same channel used for payment (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Bank Transfer).

  • Timeline: Once the returned product reaches our warehouse and passes quality inspection, the refund will be processed within 7 to 10 working days.

  • Delivery Charges: * If the return is due to our error (wrong/damaged product), we will cover the return shipping.

    • If the return is due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for the delivery and return shipping costs.


4. Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Products that have been used, altered, or have broken safety seals.

  • Items purchased during a Flash Sale or clearance event (unless damaged).

  • Digital services or downloadable products once the access link has been shared.

5. How to Return

  1. Pack the item securely in its original packaging.

  2. Include the original invoice or a note with your Order Number.

  3. Send the parcel to our Sylhet office: Meghna B/3, Dariapara, Sylhet 3100.


6. Order Cancellation

  • Before Shipping: You can cancel your order at any time before it leaves our warehouse for a full refund.

  • After Shipping: If you cancel after the product has been dispatched, the delivery charge will be deducted from your refund.

Note: Virtual World / Chhalon Bahar reserves the right to refuse a return if the product does not meet the above criteria.
